She was having spam or malware or something that kept popping up and she was hoping to remove "something bad" that got installed by a highjacker. As it turns out.it appears she removed WP 12.which is free when she bought the Dell she has.
My niece told me she went into the add/remove programs and saw Corel something and clicked the "remove" button and proceeded to remove the program. Jan, you're right.but there are no dumb questions when you're trying to help someone fix a problem.
